Join UW Health Transplant experts for this day-long transplant educational event. The purpose of this conference is to enhance clinical knowledge in the field of kidney transplantation and living donation. Conference curriculum has been developed for nephrology and dialysis health professionals including but not limited to physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, dieticians and technicians. This activity has been approved for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, ANCC and Iowa contact hours, and CEUs. Brochure to follow. Registration will open in April at uwhealth.org/kidneyconference
