Our conference willl focus on the 3 items in the ESRD Executive Order of 2019: Home dialysis, transplant and slowing progression of ESRD in CKKD 3-4 patients.
Vascular access will include education about getting a permanent vascular access, cannulation of new accesses and issues with mature accesses
