Executive Director Position Description
Position Title: Executive Director

Part-time (approximately 4 hrs./day or 20 hours per week.)
Part-time, flexible work hours to take place between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. M-F with the exception of the monthly meeting held Sep-Nov and Jan – May in which case evening hours are also required 8 times per year from approximately 5-9 p.m.
Holidays – Office Closed On: January 1st, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas
An annual salary of $25K. No additional benefits are available.
Vacation Time to be taken during the months of June, July, August or December when Academy meetings are not in session. 2 weeks of vacation time available after 1 year of employment (10 working days).
This position reports to the President, and financial oversight is provided by the Treasurer or other people(s) appointed by the Council.
The Executive Director is the only employee of this non-profit, membership organization. The membership is comprised of physicians.
